In this role, you will serve as a core strategic thought partner to APAC Large Customer Sales (LCS) senior leadership, shaping the commercial direction and long-term Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the business. Your mission is to accelerate business growth by leading high-impact initiatives, unlocking cross-sector and product growth opportunities, and driving precision commercial execution at scale. APAC Central Operations is a team that unlocks significant business for the region, and you will be at the center of it.

The pace is fast, the stakes are high and the problems are rarely tidy. You will distill a complex issue into a crisp leadership narrative, and build an enablement playbook or untangle an escalation with partners across the region. You will thrive if you are comfortable with ambiguity, collaborative by nature, and motivated by turning complexity into clarity at pace. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
