info_outline About the job Google Employment Legal provides employment legal advice to People Operations teams and management globally on handling complex HR, employment, and labor law issues. As Employment Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work independently but collaboratively within a fun, fast-paced legal team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to HR teams, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting teams based in the region and globally in relation to a broad range of employee-related issues.

You can work independently but simultaneously be team focussed, keeping the team updated on new issues and high risk situations. You will prioritize the demands of multiple internal clients, both regionally and globally, and be flexible in adapting to their needs.
