Job description

info_outline About the job Google Customer Solutions (GCS) SMB Growth China is building a scalable, result-driven WeCom (企业微信) community and private-domain ecosystem to accelerate SMB advertiser growth. Rather than relying solely on manual outreach, we are establishing an engagement engine powered by WeCom, WeiLing SCRM (卫瓴), high-impact community content, and targeted campaign workflows. We are looking for a battle-tested, result-oriented WeCom Community and Growth Operations Specialist for a dedicated 12-month fixed-term mission.

Importantly, this role is not a day-to-day manual community execution role; instead, you will act as the Architect, Workflow Builder, and Enabler. You will leverage your expertise in community content and event operations to set up our WeCom/WeiLing operational infrastructure, pilot and validate high-conversion community workflows, empower frontline teams across multiple programs (AGF, Onboarding, UMM) to execute effectively, and establish end-to-end result tracking from community engagement to business conversion.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
