info_outline About the job As a Consulting Account Lead (CAL) Manager, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and leading a high-performing team of CALs dedicated to driving enterprise AI transformation. You will move beyond individual account ownership to focus on the strategic health of a portfolio of accounts. You will ensure your team acts as an executive trusted advisors to C-suite executives, providing the framework, guidance, and executive air cover necessary to deliver tangible business value from Google Cloud and AI.

You are responsible for regional delivery excellence, talent development, and aligning your team’s execution with Google Cloud’s broader Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience strategy.
