As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. As a part of the Data Cloud Agentic Experiences team, you will empower enterprise users and autonomous AI agents in Gemini Enterprise and other surface areas to securely discover, query, analyze, and visualize structured and unstructured data across Google Cloud and third-party multi-cloud lakehouses.

In this role, you will build and operate the end-to-end data connectivity control plane, zero-trust enterprise authentication and governance foundations, and domain-specialized agentic skills transforming raw enterprise databases, semantic models, and data catalogs into grounded, citation-backed business answers at cloud scale.
