Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes. 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics. 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.

Preferred qualifications

Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or PMP certification, with demonstrated success in business process re-engineering, quality management frameworks or capacity modeling. Experience in data analytics, capacity modeling, and leveraging data to solve complex operational challenges. Experience in Trust and Safety, Content Moderation, Risk Management, or high-volume Customer Support operations. Deep expertise in capacity planning, OpEx budget management, and vendor contract performance governance.

Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional leadership (Legal, Engineering, Product).
