info_outline About the job As a Program Manager in the Regulatory Controls and Audit Team, you will provide critical support and expertise across Trust and Safety to understand the potential impact of new regulations on Trust and Safety teams and processes. You will deep dive into the incredible work that Trust and Safety does to keep users and our platforms safe via a process and control lens, work in pioneering areas of AI safety, online safety and innovation.

You will help to mature our control environment which in turn will benefit our users, regulators and business decision-making capability, and support the business to achieve continuous compliance with regulatory obligations via durable, efficient and audit-ready processes and controls. At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google’s team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
