info_outline About the job In this role, you will be a strategic, forward-thinking, problem-solving partner manager to help address a variety of opportunities and challenges in working with the News industry. As a partner manager for the News Partnerships team, you will manage and foster relationships with news partners and/or Key Opinion Formers in Spanish-Speaking Latin America, with focus on the Mexican market, but not exclusively.

You will work with Latin America (LATAM) and global program and product teams and work closely with cross-functional LATAM colleagues in Public Policy, Marketing, and Communications to drive and adapt news strategy. The team is fast-paced, and our goals and priorities are always evolving - hence, you should have the skills to function and thrive in changing environments and be a creative thinker with strong problem-solving and investigative skills with an exceptional solution-oriented attitude.

This role reports to the Head of News Partnerships, Spanish-Speaking Latin America. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more.

Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
