Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management. 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities. 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications

10 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments. Experience managing vendor relationships with a strong understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry. Knowledge of fast-track design-build processes. Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
