Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager on the AI Platform and People Data team within People Operations Engineering, you will own a core product surface of our shared enterprise AI and data platform. You will define and deliver foundational capabilities—spanning generative AI and agentic tooling, enterprise people data products, developer SDKs, and model evaluation frameworks—that power employee-facing applications across Google. Bringing a "Platform-as-a-Product" mindset and strong business judgment, you will treat internal product and engineering teams as your primary customers while keeping end-user value for Googlers front and center.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to identify shared needs across the portfolio, ship intuitive self-serve platform capabilities, and drive measurable improvements in product quality, reliability, and delivery velocity.
