info_outline About the job This team is responsible for setting third-party (3P) Partners and Agency go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. We represent our 3P ecosystem to advocate for product requirements and ensure teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers' business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

In this role, you will build strategy and go-to-market infrastructure that enables our sales teams to capture the full value of YouTube, with a strong focus on creator marketing via IMAs. You will be responsible for shaping priorities, commercializing the next generation of YT/creator-focused Ads products, and driving growth through the strategic enablement of our agency partners. You will have strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and be a great communicator and manager of cross-functional programs.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
