Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Ability to act as a "trusted advisor" to senior leaders, with the gravitas to influence regional strategy and drive organizational change. Ability to translate complex datasets and "big picture" ambiguity into structured, actionable business recommendations and simple narratives. Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment, navigating ambiguity with own judgment, a collaborative spirit, and sense of humor.

About the job The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
