Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications

5 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems design, corporate IT, technical program management, or business process engineering. Experience organizing review pipelines, managing technical project queues, and facilitating cross-team technical alignment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read complex integration diagrams, map system dependencies, and systematically spot application redundancies.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with globally spread partners and influence distributed developer teams.
