Enforcement Detection Analyst, YouTube, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data. 2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse operations at scale. Track record of leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies to solve business problems. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements, explain models and iterate to make improvements.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a history of going above and beyond to make operational improvements and solve tough problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
