Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline individual, business, or development workflows.

Preferred qualifications

3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. Experience designing, running, and interpreting AI/ML evaluations, quality rubrics, or human-in-the-loop benchmarking for generative media or agentic systems. Experience working with AI model harnesses, prompt engineering, or agentic orchestration frameworks. Understanding of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut), short-form storytelling mechanics, and the broader creator economy.

Ability to rapidly adopt emerging AI tools and workflows, translating subjective creative quality into structured, actionable feedback for Engineering and Research teams.
