As a Performance Data Science Associate you will be responsible for participating in the design of performance indicators for the Bank’s sales channels to maximize revenue generation in line with the Bank’s strategy. What you will be doing

• Monitor and track basic sales metrics to understand customer engagement and product performance
• Assist in basic data analytics tasks such as organizing and summarizing data for reporting aiming to better targeting the Bank’s customer base and support the development of valid forecasts.
• Collaborate with data visualization specialists in order to create visual reports regarding agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Assist in the regular assessment of Bank’s performance regarding specified products and services and support with providing KPIs and metrics to the relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support in the implementation of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and ensures communication with relevant stakeholders when required
• Assist in responding to inquiries and providing basic explanations related to performance results to colleagues What you need to have
• Α Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Α Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• At least one (1) year of professional experience in data analytics
• Experience in business performance management
• Experience in sales target management
• Experience in data collection and analysis
