Work in a diverse environment with more than 140 nationalities, where exchange, mutual support, and inclusion are part of our DNA. Your tasks and responsibilities Act as the Integration & Alignment Wheel: Serve as the crucial bridge between Enterprise Architecture and product lines, ensuring total alignment between business capability planning, SAP core processes, and modern application design.
Orchestrate Hybrid SAP & Cloud Modernization
Guide the evolutionary architecture of our core execution engines, overseeing the modern transition to SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP cloud environments. You will ensure seamless, high-performance integration across hybrid ecosystems (including SAP S/4HANA, AWS Cloud, Palantir Foundry, MuleSoft APIs, and specialized on-premise industrial solutions).

Embed data-driven architectures and intelligent capabilities into the planning and logistics workflow. You will leverage modern data fabrics, semantic layers, and predictive AI/ML models to liberate SAP-bound data and enable automated forecasting, supply chain optimization, and real-time operational visibility.
Enforce Modern Integration Patterns
Champion robust, scalable, and secure integration standards—including API-first design (e.g., REST, OData), Event-Driven Architectures (EDA), and real-time data streaming—to ensure highly decoupled and flexible systems between SAP and non-SAP environments.
Drive Application Portfolio Resilience
Coordinate the product line's technical roadmap, proactively managing technical debt across legacy and modern ERP systems, identifying obsolescence risks, and overseeing rigorous architecture reviews.
Architectural Modeling & Mapping
Utilize standard modelisation frameworks (Archimate, UML, BPMN) to map, optimize, and communicate end-to-end data flows, business processes, and system-to-system topologies.
Translate Complexity to Drive Convergence (Key Focus)
Manage a diverse set of business and IT stakeholders by explaining complex technical, SAP, data, and integration concepts in simple, value-driven terms to secure timely consensus.
Animate the Architecture Network
Foster a community of practice, driving collaboration, sharing modern patterns (especially around hybrid SAP integration and AI), and advocating for architectural best practices across cross-functional teams.
Desired skills and qualifications Education
Bachelor or/and Master Degree in Informatics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.
Senior Architecture Experience
Proven background in Enterprise, Solutions, or Integration Architecture, with deep expertise designing complex, large-scale software portfolios.
Agile & Collaborative Leadership
Strong coordination and leadership skills with experience working in transnational, multifunctional teams using Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks.
SAP & Supply Chain Domain Expertise
Strong functional and conceptual understanding of end-to-end Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes, combined with solid experience navigating SAP ERP ecosystems (S/4HANA, legacy SAP landscapes, or SAP modules like PP/DS, MM, SD, or EWM).
Modern Integration & Cloud Patterns
Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), modern API gateways/ESBs (MuleSoft, SAP BTP/Integration Suite), event brokers, and hybrid-cloud integration strategies.
Data & AI Literacy
Solid understanding of data engineering, data platform architectures (such as Palantir Foundry, data lakes, or data meshes), and experience integrating AI/ML models into transactional and decision-support systems.
Architectural Modeling
Proficiency in modeling standards such as Archimate, UML, and BPMN.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Exceptional ability to translate highly complex technical, integration, and SAP topologies into clear business impacts to influence, convince, and align stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Acumen
Experience building architectural roadmaps, managing technical debt, and balancing rapid innovation with risk mitigation.
