Wir suchen einen Studenten (d/m/w) mit einem Faible für Hochfrequenztechnik. - RMS Leistungsdetektor - AGC - SiGe BiCMOS sind keine Fremdwörter für dich ? Dann lies weiter! Deine Aufgaben Recherche zu Schaltungstopologien und Realisierungen RF RMS Leistungsdetektoren Entwurf und Layout eines RMS-Detektors in einer RadHard SiGe BiCMOS Technologie Analyse und Stabilisierung des entworfenen Detektors bezüglich Prozess und Umwelteinflüssen Deine Qualifikation Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.

Interesse an Satellitentechnik und Hochfrequenzsystemen. Gute Kenntnisse im Analog und RFIC Schaltungsdesign Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Designtools wie Cadence Virtuoso oder Keysight ADS / Pathwave Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
