Job Description

• Define NC Programs according to the Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
• Support jigs and tools specification, making numerical simulations, validating and optimizing NC Programs.
• Develop test and integrating the NC Program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the Production Line or Shop floor.
• Participate to the demonstration test with Work Preparation, Quality and Production.

Inputs

New Process need (or improvement), Engineering or Manufacturing Design model (material, tolerance, jigs, Digital Mock-Up,). Programming Software. Manufacturing feedbacks (historic of maturity, old similar program).

Outputs

NC Programs and Technical Instructions (Instruction Sheet, SOI, Simulation Test) for Numerical Control manufacturing processes. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
