Supply Manager for Raw Material and Standard Parts

Airbus is looking for a Supply Manager in charge of the following activities:

• Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities, being responsible for On-Time and On-Quality deliveries.

Issue Resolution

• Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions to minimize impact.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program to ensure a seamless workflow.

Vendor Management

• Support relationships with key suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and monitoring service levels.

Data Analysis

• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations. Required skills
• Degree in Engineering.
• Level C1 English and Spanish.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
• Valid driving licence. Valued skills
• General knowledge in Supply Chain.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
