Job Purpose

Associate Lead - CX ELV will coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves executing testing scripts/checklists, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal & external stakehholders and CxA , and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordination

Manage the testing and commissioning activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.

Plan Development

Implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.

Risk Management

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Documentation

Document testing and commissioning results, and prepare detailed reports for project records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with various teams to address challenges during the testing and commissioning phase.

Industry Trends

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.

Digital mindset

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Work Experience: 6-10 years of experiencen the commissioning domain and 3 to 4 years in Data Centres industry Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams
