Job Description

Manage the Pro Care business based out of Bangalore. Drive growth for Pro Care businesses across AOEM-authorized dealerships. Work closely with 3M-authorized channel partners to achieve primary sales targets. Drive secondary sales at the dealership level through regular engagement, follow-ups, and business planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at dealerships, including Dealer Principals, Service Heads, Body Shop Managers, and Parts Managers.

Identify new business opportunities and improve product penetration across assigned accounts. Ensure timely order planning, execution, and coordination with channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth. Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, resolve concerns, and strengthen engagement. Support new product introductions and ensure adoption of relevant 3M solutions at dealership level.
