Job Description

Lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios. ​ Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop GTM plans and storytelling that drive category growth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid) ​ Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing. ​ CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch: ​ Understands consumer behavior and identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation. ​ Launches new products with a comprehensive marketing plan. ​ ​ Responsible for achieving the standard margin of the profit center by establishing a base price strategy for each portfolio. ​ ​ Develops a price increase plan to optimize margins and counteract inflation or changes in costs. ​ Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
