Summary
Life & Takaful New Business - Group Operation is a department within the operation and technology function of New Business covering Group products.
The main objectives of the department are to: Support Sales/Marketing team to grow New Business volume & value. Manage SLA expectation from clients and meet quality standard. Work towards SOP and improvements
Key Accountabilities
Processing member data and issue billing for Group Term Life/Takaful, Group Mortgage and Group Decreasing products. Work close with Banca Sales team in master policy/member processing matters. Complete tasks within agreed SLA. Handle assigned enquiries. Handle New Business or Renewal issuance, end to end. Any other assigned ad-hoc tasks or project/initiatives from Company. Qualification/Experience Have strong Group Operations insurance experience and knowledge in Life and/or Takaful.
Fast learner and independent. Hardworking and co-operative among team members. Effective communication skill. Positive attitude.
