Job Summary

Lead the organization's data, analytics, and artificial intelligence transformation agenda. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise Data & AI strategy, building scalable data platforms, advancing AI capabilities, and driving data-driven decision-making across the business.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related Engineering discipline. A Master's degree and professional AI/Data certifications are highly preferred. Proven experience designing enterprise data architecture, modern data platforms, AI/GenAI solutions, machine learning models, and MLOps environments. The hiring manager is looking for a builder and architect, not solely a governance or program management leader.

Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, NLP, Generative AI/LLMs, AI Governance, and Responsible AI. Experience with platforms and technologies related to Data & AI development such as Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and AI deployment frameworks. Ability to define and execute Data & AI strategy, align AI initiatives with business value, lead transformation roadmaps, advise executive leadership, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Preference for candidates from Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Digital Businesses, or other technology-driven organizations where data governance and strategic AI adoption are critical. Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Leads the development of next-generation market leading analytic techniques to build the data engineering capabilities across the organization. They complete in-depth diagnostics of project needs issues and business drivers and recommend process and system improvement to enhance customer service.

They develop propose and lead the implementation of data initiatives to improve processes develop policies and generate innovation to maintain regulatory compliance andor deliver process or product enhancements. They establish maintain and grow strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners leveraging relationships to drive ongoing improvements to the organizations data strategy.
