Regional Sales Manager, Central

Job description

Drive profitable growth across assigned products and territories by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strong sales and retention results.

Key Accountabilities

Drive sales growth, profitability and retention across the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify new business opportunities and respond to evolving customer and market needs. Lead pricing and commercial negotiations to achieve profitable outcomes. Provide product and technical advice to support customers and resolve business issues. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions and service.

Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to products, processes and customer experience. Lead business initiatives and projects as required. Provide product and service training to customers and internal stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management or a related commercial role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline. Proven experience in driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships. Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be an advantage.
