Job description

  • 射频/模拟电路设计仿真
  • 配合layout工程师完成版图设计
  • 回片后支撑测试和问题分析定位 1. 2027届博士及以上学历，电子信息类等相关专业 2. 985院校及以上优先 3. 射频/模拟电路理论基础扎实
  • 有高速RF电路流片及回测经验
  • 熟悉CMOS或者SiGe工艺
  • 熟悉Virtuoso/EMX/ADS/Matlab等基本软件工具
  • 具备光通信高速芯片设计经验优先
