Job description

负责生产现场管理，组织落实生产计划，保障生产任务顺利完成
负责生产人员管理、团队建设、现场改善及质量管控，持续提升生产效率
负责生产过程中的资源协调、异常问题分析及解决，推动生产目标达成
参与相关项目管理，推动团队协作及持续改善 1. 2027届本科及以上学历，理工类、机械类、电子类、工业工程类或管理类等相关专业 2. 不限院校 3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和团队管理能力 4. 具备较强的责任心、执行力、问题分析与解决能力及抗压能力
英语CET-4，具备中文及泰语沟通能力，泰语熟练者优先
