Logistics Planner

Job description

Your Role As a Logistics Planner, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating transport operations across Europe, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate truck transportation
• Plan, allocate, and route transport orders efficiently
• Coordinate deliveries in line with customer requirements and payment terms
• Communicate proactively with clients and carriers via email and phone
• Order transport services and assign shipments to carriers
• Monitor and track shipments, keeping clients informed of their status
• Resolve operational issues related to shipments
• Identify cost-optimization and added-value opportunities
• Track and resolve freight claims
• Ensure and continuously improve service quality and internal processes
• Keep all transport-related data up to date in internal systems Your Profile Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or a call center environment Fluent Polish (mandatory) Fluent English (daily working language) Good command of German language
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
