Transport Coordinator

Job description

Current responsibilities Planning, organizing, and coordinating domestic and international shipments based on customer requirements and resource availability; Working on freight exchanges and using IT systems to find the best freight quotes and transportation solutions; Assigning, coordinating, and tracking daily transportation tasks, including receiving and dispatching shipments, verifying documents and cargo, monitoring routes and delivery times, and resolving any issues or complaints; Managing the transportation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; Reporting on transportation activities to your supervisor and other stakeholders, as well as preparing the necessary documents for accounting, billing, auditing, etc.
