Warehouse Supervisor (Repack Operations) Bradford Logistics done differently. Do you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day brings new challenges? We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to take responsibility for our repack operations at Princes Bradford. This is a full-time, permanent role working a 2pm–10pm shift, offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

• Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently, and to customer specification
• Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of work orders
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and support staff development within the repack function
• Ensure all paperwork, system updates, and reports are completed accurately
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
• Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed What you need to succeed: Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers, and customers A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Be part of something big.
