What You’ll Do

Bridge Business & Tech : Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Fuel Agile Delivery

Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.

Champion Quality

Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.

Analyze & Improve

Use your knowledge of Commodity trading processes to identify opportunities for optimization.

Drive Collaboration

Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.

Document & Communicate

Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops. What You Bring At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems is essential. Experience with leading ETRM platforms such as Allegro, Openlink (Endur/Findur), Right angle, Aspect CTRM, TriplePoint Commodity XL, or similar commodity trading and risk management solutions is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Exposure to commodity trading processes and systems in Oil & Gas, including crude oil, natural gas, refined products, trading operations, scheduling, risk management, and settlements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Experience supporting test planning and execution.
