Job description

• At least 2 years of experience in server or IT hardware-related fulfillment/order management.
• Familiar with order management, forecast planning, and material tracking processes and system operations.
• Strong data analysis skills; able to use Excel (including pivot tables and basic functions) or other tools to organize order and material data.
• Good communication, coordination, and stress tolerance; able to maintain execution quality under multiple concurrent projects and tight delivery schedules.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, capable of reading order and material-related documents from overseas customers or suppliers.
• Responsible for server order fulfillment and delivery schedule management, including order creation, changes, and shipment arrangement to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Execute order management processes, coordinating resources across sales, supply chain, and logistics, and handling order changes and material shortages in a timely manner.
• Conduct forecast planning by analyzing historical orders and customer demand, estimating short- to mid-term shipment volume, and providing suggestions for supply and capacity planning.
• Perform material tracking to monitor key component inbound status and inventory levels, proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Use Excel or related system tools to organize data and reports, with strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
