- 伺服器產品從研發至量產階段之品質驗證
- 伺服器產品軟韌硬體驗證
- 伺服器產品功能及相容性驗證 (網路/效能/儲存設備/顯示/IO..etc)
- 產品問題驗證及分析、專案管理、測試報告匯整、跨部門內外部協調
- 測試軟件開發、自動化測試程式優化及維護
- 具備TCP/IP網路基本概念，有CCNA尤佳
- 熟悉電腦產品硬體架構，有組裝經驗或是對伺服器相關產品有接觸過尤佳
- 對作業系統操作有基本經驗，包含Linux 或 Windows Server，有virtualization OS 操作經驗尤佳
- 對Scripting或automation tool 開發有經驗尤佳
