成本規劃
- 討論產品成本規畫進行成本管控，包括MOH/Unit MOH等。
專案推行
- 專案包括i4.0專案、AI數位轉型專案、成本改善相關專案。 經營分析工程師/管理師
- 廠區運營與製造成本分析管控
- 廠區分攤比例分配與管控
- 年度預算編列與管控
- PMCS/P-code管控 (By Project)
- 數位工具開發與標準化作業
