- 具備PCBA DFx 審閱能力及熟悉IPC-A-610 PCBA組裝規範
- 熟悉鋼板/SMT程式/治工具製作與發包流程
- 具備良好表達能力, 可獨立面對客戶與跨部門溝通
- 具DOE相關經驗, 並能善用Minitab尤優
- 執行作業流程優化, 針對瓶頸做優化對策
- 能主導生產線 SMT & DIP試產(NPI)過程, 並提供生產協助
- 撰寫Daily / Weekly / Quality Report
- 作業規劃及SOP維護
- 主管交付任務
