Join us to build next-generation 400G, 800G, and 1.6T scale-up and scale-out switch systems. We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about high-speed design, signal integrity simulation, measurement correlation, and system-level problem solving. This role is not only about running simulations. You will work closely with EE, layout, power, mechanical, thermal, PCB, and CCL suppliers to push high-speed system design to the next level.

This position is especially suitable for engineers who enjoy technical discussion, are willing to communicate proactively, and are not afraid to challenge new design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D, 2.5D, and 3D structure signal integrity simulation using Ansys and Cadence simulation platforms.
• Conduct accurate full-channel simulation using IBIS-AMI, COM, and other high-speed channel simulation methodologies.
• Be responsible for PCB stackup design and work closely with CCL and PCB suppliers to further optimize high-speed channel performance.
• Learn and operate probe station measurement for 67GHz and 110GHz S-parameter extraction, and correlate measurement results with simulation data.
• Support high-speed system design for 400G, 800G, and 1.6T switch platforms, including scale-up and scale-out architectures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify SI risks, propose design improvements, and drive issues to closure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage project progress independently.
• Comfortable communicating with EE, layout, power, mechanical, thermal, PCB, and CCL supplier teams.
• Willing to speak up, discuss technical concerns, and propose practical solutions during design reviews.
• Familiar with signal integrity simulation, PCB design, high-speed SerDes channels, or S-parameter measurement.
• Interested in adopting AI-assisted techniques to improve simulation efficiency, data analysis, and engineering productivity.
• Open-minded and willing to explore new design concepts, methodologies, and workflows.
