Test Engineer

Job description

• Responsible for test development and mass production introduction of Naomi WUS D1 products, including ATE test program coding, debugging, and test flow optimization to ensure test quality and efficiency.
• Work with ATE, TE, PE and related departments to drive yield improvement and process optimization, performing analysis, localization, and corrective action implementation for issues found during mass production.
• Use data analysis tools to organize and statistically analyze test data, continuously monitor process performance and yield trends, and provide risk alerts and improvement proposals. 5. Support the introduction of automated testing and systemized management tools to enhance test efficiency and stability, and participate in new product development phases for testability (DFT/DFM) and manufacturability evaluation.
• Over 2 years of engineering experience in semiconductor assembly/test or related processes, with familiarity in cross-functional collaboration and issue communication.
• Familiar with test flow and mass production ramp-up for Naomi WUS D1 related products/platforms, able to plan test strategies and execution plans according to customer and product requirements.
• Capable of analyzing measurement data and test results, using statistical tools (such as JMP, Excel, or related analysis software) for yield analysis, root-cause investigation, and improvement tracking.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (such as Python, C/C++, VB, or tester scripts) to support ATE test program development, maintenance, and automation improvement.
• Good English reading and writing skills to read specifications and test documents, and to communicate technical topics with overseas customers or teams; strong teamwork spirit and proactive problem-solving attitude.
