Job description

• Analyze manpower and work hours
• Standardize and digitalize management workflows and procedural documents
• Plan the overall framework and objectives for smart facility operations, M1 (Manufacturing 1.0) integration, and Industry 4.0

Energy Management

• Implement energy-saving technical upgrades and develop/utilize energy management systems
• Promote compliance with and achievement of specific standards (e.g., green buildings, smart buildings, and various system audits)
• Implement company policies and performance indicators (e.g., decarbonization, renewable energy)
