Bachelor's degree 6+ years experience in Human Resources Experience in effectively partnering & ability to influence senior level business leaders Master's Degree or MBA Knowledge and insight about the business to fully engage in business discussions and lead People Strategy to improve talent and business outcomes Develop effective relationships with clients by building trust, leveraging networks, applying HR expertise, and measuring and ensuring business results
