Job description

Ownership and key responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective material procurement to support uninterrupted production and on-time customer order fulfillment, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering high-quality supplier relationships.

Main Authorities and Missions

• placing orders to suppliers and supervising their execution,
• ensuring availability of components to fulfill customer orders based on plans,
• controlling delivery dates and stock levels,
• cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers,
• cooperating closely with Logistics and Production Planning Departments,
• monitoring the timely execution of orders,
• conducting supplier evaluations in accordance with the applicable procedure.

Requirements

• higher education (preferably economics),
• English language knowledge (oral and written) necessary for everyday communication,
• experience in working on a similar position in a manufacturing company,
• experience in contacts with international companies,
• independence and initiative in action,
• analytical approach to problem solving,
• accuracy and independence of action,
• intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• independence and initiative,
• accuracy, diligence, and punctuality,
