These projects involve signaling, train control, communications, and back-office solutions with a strong focus on project execution, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction How will you make a difference? Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor will supervise an electrical team to carry out installation works as per design & specifications. The Electrical Supervisor works closely with engineers and other project staff to establish design criteria ensuring project goals are met Where is the position located?

Banyo, QLD What will your typical day look like?

• Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to; Supervise an electrical team to carry out installation works as per design & specifications
• Support in the Developing, implementation and monitoring of progress of construction plans in respect of time, cost and quality
• Monitor construction work for compliance with engineering design specifications, client standards and statutory regulations; Develop individual and team competence Conduct Toolbox and Safe Talks Installation and maintenance of railway signalling equipment including (but not limited to) Signals, Train stops, Point Machines, Track Circuits, Level Crossings and other wayside items.

What do we want to know about you? Substantial experience working as a supervisor in the railway industry Certificate IV in Rail Signaling Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite Electrical Mechanic License Driver’s License Practical & organisational skills.
