Representative - Customer Service

Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams by managing order-related activities, customer inquiries, reporting, and administrative processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and helps ensure orders, returns, and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints. Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary. Track and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues. Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems. Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and coordinate resolution with internal teams.

Provide proactive updates and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required College Diploma preferred 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail #LI-A1
