Paralegal - Seniors Housing

Job description

The Paralegal will be primarily involved in the senior housing and independent living assets for Welltower’s Canadian portfolio. This role will include management of transactions, operations, and entity management for the portfolio, in addition to engaging with outside counsel, internal working groups, and all company departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and real estate law, with a focus on senior housing and independent living assets.

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal aspects of our Canadian portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating transactions, and providing general legal support.
