Summer ’27 Intern - Capital Projects

Job description

This position will support the Capital Projects team in the execution of senior housing capital projects throughout the designated market. The intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple active projects while assisting with contractor coordination, construction schedules, project documentation, status reporting, and communication with internal and external project stakeholders. This internship is intended to provide practical experience beyond the classroom.

Interns will gain exposure to real-world construction project management, contractor coordination, project schedules, site activities, capital planning, stakeholder communication, and project close-out while working directly with experienced members of Welltower’s Capital Projects team.
