AI Engineer, Platform and Data

Job description

The AI Engineer, Platform and Data will build and scale the core infrastructure supporting Welltower’s AI capabilities, including data pipelines, model and agent orchestration, and APIs. This role will focus on creating reliable, reusable solutions that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining strong standards for data quality, security, and performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who is comfortable building from the ground up and partnering across teams to bring AI solutions into production.
