About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Associate.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with real estate related services in lending, valuation, underwriting, valuation compliance and operations
• Review or perform high risk and complex valuation assignments
• Oversee less experienced appraisers to ensure appropriate development
• Review and develop commercial real estate financial statements on highly complex properties
• Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment
• Develop an understanding of the processes used in Valuations
• Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, and customers Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Residential valuation review and underwriting experience; experience with the Collateral Management system Job Expectations: Demonstrate flexibility to work U.S. business hours, with typical shift start times ranging from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT Report on-site at the designated work location as required.

Eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, subject to business needs and company policy.
