1、丝网印刷料浆配方设计与优化：根据丝网印刷、干燥、排胶、烧结等过程工艺，以及烧结成型后薄膜组织结构等要求，设计合适的料浆配方，确保料浆相关特性（如粘度、流动性、稳定性等）满足使用要求，保证料浆制备工艺及特性的稳定性和一致性； 2、不断优化料浆配方，提高质量和效率，降低成本 1、本科及以上； 2、材料、物理、化学、化工； 3、5年以上该岗位（方向）工作经验； 4、熟练掌握丝网印刷料浆/涂料相关知识
