What You’ll Do:- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
• Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience What We’re Looking For: Excellent spoken English and communication skills Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
