Job description

Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets. Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure proper controls across functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and financial system accuracy. Communicate financial results, assumptions, and variances to senior management and support business case presentations. Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering a team-based environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

What you'll bring

Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within complex business environments. Proven ability to develop and present detailed financial models and forecasts to senior leadership. Strong skills in risk mitigation through effective control structures and process improvements. Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business partners. Excellent communication skills for articulating financial insights and recommendations clearly.
